Scope of Services

Structural Design and drawings along with Construction Support for senior living complex containing 132 units situated on 4.37 acres of land.

Project Size

130,000 sf senior apartment building, 2,800 sf pool building and 2080 sf garage building.

Structural System

Project consists of:  A main building with two 4-story wings connected by a single-story core, one pool building and one garage building.  Roof structures are constructed of pre-engineered wood trusses designed by others.  Floor structures are constructed of dimensional lumber or I-joists.  Foundation system consists of standard conventional slab-on-grade, continuous and spread footings and stem walls.
