Project Size

Three Stories, 36,000 sf on 2.1-acres

Structural System

Project consisted of:  Building with three floors of structural steel framing, open-web steel roof and floor joists with elevated concrete floor slabs supported by conventional concrete foundations. Steel braced frames were used for the lateral force resisting system.

Complete site development including; site layout, grading & drainage, water and sewer utilities, erosion control.
