Scope of Services

Structural Design and drawings for 28-unit 4/3 Split building, 12-unit building, two 8-unit buildings w/ commercial space, and a 16-unit building w/ commercial space.  All buildings are 3-story apartment buildings and make up 74 units total.  Three of the buildings will contain commercial space on the ground level.

Structural System

Buildings are of Type V-A  construction and conform to the 2015 IBC.  Foundation is conventional with continuous and spread footings and concrete slab-on-grade.
