Scope of Services

Structural Design and drawings for permitting and construction.

Structural System

Project consists of: one, 3-story, 12-unit apartment building and 2 types of carports. Phase II apartment building is similar to the construction of the Phase I apartments.  Type VB construction in accordance with the 2015 IBC.  Roof structures are constructed of pre-engineered wood trusses designed by others.   Ground floor footings bearing on compacted structural fill.
