Structural System

Project consists of:  Type VB construction in accordance with the 2012 IBC.  Roof structure constructed of pre-engineered wood trusses designed by others.  Ground floor slab-on-grade with continuous and spread footing foundations.  Building is connected to existing facility by a pedestrian skywalk.
