Scope of Services

Structural Design and drawings for 204 units comprised of 9 apartment buildings, one 3,217 sf club building, one maintenance building and 12 garages on a 13.6 acre parcel.

Structural System

Project consists of dimensioned foundation plans with post-tensioned foundation slab loadings for the PT designer, floor framing plans and roof framing plans for each building type and structural details as required.
