Scope of Services

Structural Design and drawings for two buildings for a winery with both a tasting room and a barrel room in Walla Walla County.

Structural System

Tasting Room: project consists of wood construction (pre-engineered wood trusses and gluelam beams for the exterior awnings/overhangs made of gluelam beams and columns.  Wood-frame walls are slab-on-grade.)  Concrete foundation.

Wine Barrel Room: project consists of pre-engineered wood trusses;  Mansard roof, with a large 33ft overhanging exterior deck; walls are tilt-up concrete insulated sandwich-panels; main floor is hollow-core planking with topping slab; lower floor (basement) is concrete slab-on-grade.
