Scope of Services

Civil and Structural Design and drawings for expansion of mini-storage site from 7 acres to 16 acres.

Project Size

16.14 acre lot with 29 buildings for storage units, garages; 2-story office building.

Civil and Structural

Project is in two phases.  Phase One on the original acreage consists of:  Civil site development and structural design for 14 buildings (including a 2-story office building, storage units and RV storage.)

Phase Two: Civil land-use administration for a type III C.U.P. to include adjacent plat and expand site to 16 acres.  Structural: Building 5 expansion/addition; 15 buildings added.
