Scope of Services

Structural Design and drawings for a Senior Living Complex containing 170 units situated on 7.46 acres of then-undeveloped land.  Project consisted of one 4-story building with a porte-cochere, one pool building and three configurations of garages.

Project Size

Senior apartment building: 170 unit, 4-story building 181,000 sq ft; pool house and garages.

Structural System

Project consists of:  Structural calcs and drawings for design and construction support. Roof structures are pre-engineered wood trusses designed by others; the floor structures have a shallow foundation system (perimeter thickened edge, continuous and spread footing poured monolithically with a reinforced slab-on-grade similar to Affinity at Monterrey Village.)
