Scope of Services

Structural Design and drawings for Senior living complex containing 154 units situated on approximately 6.15 acres of undeveloped land.  One 4-story building, one single-story pool building and two configurations of garage buildings.

Project Size

4-story apartment building: 154 units approximately 160,000 sq ft; Pool house and 7 garage types.

Structural System

Project consists of:  The roof structures were constructed of pre-engineered wood trusses designed by others.  Foundation system consists of shallow foundation system (perimeter thickened edge, continuous and spread footing poured monolithically with a reinforced slab-on-grade.)
