Scope of Services

Structural Design and drawings for a senior living complex containing 154 units on approximately 6.89 acres of undeveloped land.

Project Size

160,406 sf apartment building; 5,261 sf Pool House, 19,212 sf Garage and Carports.

Structural System

Project consists of:  one 4-story building, one pool building, and six different configurations of garage buildings.  Roof structures were constructed of pre-engineered wood trusses designed by others. Floor structure constructed of dimensional lumber. Standard conventional slab-on-grade with continuous spread foundations. Slab-on-grade is tied to the footings and foundations.
