Structural System

Project consists of:  A single-story Community Residential Facility containing 12-14 units.  This building footprint is approximately 6,757 sf and was constructed as Type VA or VB in accordance with the 2012 IBC.  Roof structures are constructed of pre-engineered wood trusses designed by others.  The framing walls will be dimensional lumber and the ground floors will be conventional slab-on-grade with standard continuous and spread footing foundation systems.
