Project consisted of:   Renovating the entire building and redesigning the roof structure of a historic building built in the early 1900’s, that had been destroyed by fire in the 1930’s. The new roof structure was reconstructed to match the original appearance but was built of structural steel to meet current codes. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
