Structural Design and drawings for Permit and Construction

Project Size

Seven apartment buildings totaling 144 units; one single-story club building; seven garage buildings and a steel mail kiosk structure.  Apartment buildings are based upon four unique 3-story building types.  There are five garage types, one club building and one mail kiosk.

Structural System

Project consists of Wood-frame buildings with slab-on-grade construction.  The roof structure were constructed of pre-engineered wood trusses designed by others.  The upper floor structures will be constructed of dimensional lumber, while the ground floors were conventional slab-on-grade.

Civil Services

Site Development TSEC Plan, Sanitary Sewer Plan, Water Plan, Grading and Drainage Plan.  This area was a Critical Aquifer Recharge Area which required that runoff from impervious asphalt areas were to be treated through a bio-filtration process.
