Scope of Services

Structural Design and drawings for 3-story to 4-story apartment buildings totaling 212 units; one 1-story clubhouse nearing 3,500 sq ft; six 1-story garages nearing 40 spaces; and five 1-story carports nearing 40 spaces and associated amenities.

Structural System

Project consists of: 7 different apartment building types; 5 different garage building types, and one club building.  Roof structures are constructed of dimensional lumber; ground floors were slab-on-grade with conventional spread footing foundations.
