Structural Design and drawings for 240 units comprised of (10) apartment buildings, one 3,217 sf club building, one maintenance building and nine garages all on a 12.165 acre parcel.

Structural System

Project consists of:   three different 3-story apartment building designs, four different garage building types designs and one club building.  Roof structure constructed of pre-engineered wood trusses designed by others.  The upper floor structures were constructed of dimensional lumber, while the ground floors are reinforced slab-on-grade foundation systems with thickened edge footings and thickened interior continuous and spread footings.
