Scope of Services

Structural Design and drawings for one-story restaurant with a slab-on-grade floor.

Structural System

Project consists of one-story, 2,160 sf restaurant with a slab-on grade floor.  Open-web wood trusses and girders with plywood deck will be used to construct the roof structure 2x wood studs used for exterior bearing and shear walls @ the perimeter.  The structure was designed for a roof snow load per the City’s requirements.  Building was supported by a conventional spread and continuous footing foundation bearing on competent native undisturbed soil or compacted structural fill.
