Scope of Services

Structural Design and drawings for permit submittal and approval of a senior living complex with 170 units situated on an approximately 8.16-acre undeveloped parcel. The building consists of one 4-story senior living building, one pool building, and 4 garage buildings.

Project Size

4-story, 170 unit, 180,000 sq ft senior living building, one-single story pool building and 4 garage buildings.

Structural System

Project consists of the roof structures constructed of pre-engineered wood trusses designed by others.  The floor structures were constructed of pre-engineered wood I-joists.  The foundation system was conventional, with continuous and spread footings and concrete slab-on-grade.
