Scope of Services

Design was based upon the same design for Affinity at Puyallup.  Structural Design and drawings for a senior living complex with 170 units, and pool building and garages and associated site amenities.

Project Size

4-story, 170-units 175,000 sq ft building.

Structural System

Project consists of one 4-story senior living building with an attached porte-cochere, one single-story pool building and 4 different garage types.  Roof structure constructed of pre-engineered wood trusses designed by others. Floor structure constructed of pre-engineered wood I-joists. Foundation system is conventional with continuous and spread footings and concrete slab-on-grade.
