Scope of Services

Structural Design and drawings for Senior living complex with one 3-story apartment building and attached porte-cochere, one pool building and two configurations of garage buildings.

Project Size

161 units 175,055 sq ft apartment building on approximately 8.36 acres of land.

Structural System

Project consists of:  Design of the 3-story, 161-unit apartment building with an attached porte-cochere, single-story pool house and two different garage types.   Roof structures were constructed of pre-engineered wood trusses designed by others.  The floor structures were constructed of pre-engineered wood trusses designed by others.  The foundation system was a flat-plate, post-tensioned concrete slab.
