Structural Design and drawings for 4-story 170 unit senior living complex with attached porte-cochere, a pool building, and 5 garage buildings.

Project Size

182,199 sq ft 170-unit apartment building on approximately 6.06 acres;

Structural System

Project consists of design of a 4-story senior living building, one single-story pool building, and 4 different garage types.  Roof structures constructed of pre-engineered wood trusses designed by others. Floor structures constructed of pre-engineered wood I-joists. Foundation system is conventional with continuous and spread footings with a concrete slab-on-grade.
