Structural Design and drawings for 170 unit senior living complex with attached porte-cochere, common area, 1-story pool building nearing 4,300 sf, garages and associated site amenities.

4-story, 170-unit senior living building, one single-story pool building, and 4 different garage types.

Structural System

Project consists of Roof structures constructed of pre-engineered wood trusses designed by others.  Floor structure constructed of pre-engineered wood trusses designed by others. Floor structures constructed of pre-engineered wood I-joists.  Foundation system is conventional with continuous and spread footings with a concrete slab-on-grade.
